Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Security Technician with 5 years of experience in Commercial Security, CCTV, and access systems installation and servicing. The ideal candidate will use their own vehicle for transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle service tickets for Small Business and Commercial Businesses.
- Utilize a mobile app to view job details, locations, and schedules.
- Communicate with customers when enroute to jobs; notify Derrick Miller if running late.
- Manage inventory efficiently, with all inventory sent to the technician's residence.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and diagnose causes of system failures.
- Replace system components as assigned, including panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc.
- Maintain safety practices to prevent injury and property damage.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace/job site, maintaining customer satisfaction after each interaction.
