6-month contract to hire FTE work employment.
Full-Time opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.

Description
The Analytics & Management department forms part of the Health Advantage Support Services group, which provides Hawai'i Pacific Health and its affiliates with essential population utilization and financial management support, analyses, and modeling. The department also performs additional services in collaboration with the managed care services department, including referral management, patient steerage, and claims auditing.
Under the Department Director's or designee's general direction, develops and applies methods to provide analytics and reporting services to support population health management, quality, and cost initiatives for all Hawai'i Pacific Health hospitals, clinics, and other entities, including Hawai'i Health Partners. Analyzes, reviews, trends, and projects Hawai'i Health Partners key metrics. Supports the development of new programs and makes recommendations to ensure the viability of Hawai'i Health Partners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, or Business related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Two (2) to three (3) years of experience working with healthcare analytics and/or financial reporting. Demonstrated experience supporting or maintaining information systems and/or electronic health records. Demonstrated extensive experience utilizing various reporting tools to extract data and prepare ad hoc reports. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Access, and SQL programming.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
