Description

• Performs 2 nd and 3 rd level support in all areas that the Network domain exists and communicates effectively to and with all other groups that are impacted or that impact offered Network services.

Essential Functions:

• Conducts WAN and LAN design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Performs new WAN circuit ordering and provisioning.
• Develops firewall design, administration and support.
• Performs authentication services design, administration and troubleshooting.
• Utilizes and maintains network monitoring applications.
• Performs network technical consulting in conjunction with the engineering process.
• Documents all changes to the network environment.
• Develop and maintains hardware and procedural standards for all facets of the network environment.
• Participates in the team's on-call rotation schedule (typically 1 week, every 4 weeks)
• Maintains thorough knowledge of software and firmware revisions for all products controlled by the network domain.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
