Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, or Business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience working with healthcare analytics and/or financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting or maintaining information systems and/or electronic health records.
- Extensive experience utilizing a variety of reporting tools to extract data and prepare ad hoc reports.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Access programming.
Requirements:
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and Access.
- Experience creating reports and visualizations.
- Ability to develop and apply methods to provide analytics and reporting services to support population health management, quality, and cost initiatives.
- Ability to analyze, review, trend, and project key metrics.
- Support the development of new programs and make recommendations.
- Ability to work in person, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model based on performance.
- Healthcare knowledge is a plus!
