Description
Duties include pulling the Customer Service Record from Telecom Carriers where C Spire Business has received a Letter of Authority from a customer.
The information will be translated to an Excel spreadsheet for the Operations team to work from for Site Walk preparation of new data circuit and new VoIP phones.
Must have knowledge of Local Service Freeze, Alarm line notifications - other known Telecom jargon that should be communicated to the Project Coordinator.
Contractor will sit in the Meadville MS office for C Spire unless fully knowledgeable and can work remotely once trained on C Spire's expectations.
