Provide front-line operational coordination for the "Workstation Support Team" (WMS) dedicated specifically to Executive Support and is responsible for workstation setup, support, management, asset tagging updates, and decommission. Works as a team player, triages incoming customer requests, and handles customer escalations. Providing quality workstation and mobile support both in person and remote to support end users service requests as needed.
