Job Description:
- Keeping track of where the laptop goes and to what hospital.
- Hardware refresh team and rolling out window 10 laptops.
- Hardware installs and support printer deployment.
- Taking out the old machine and swapping it out with the new one.
- Will be following a very thorough check list and working with the end users to ensure the machine is set up correctly.
- At times will be working in the warehouse doing the imaging and then deploy the new machines.
- Working in the warehouse most of the time imaging or traveling to the different hospitals and clinics to do support tickets.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Must have own car for travel days and a valid license. Will be reimbursed for miles from the warehouse to any hospital sites.
- 2-4 years of deployment tech or desktop support tech experience
- Previous healthcare desktop support experience is a plus
