General Responsibilities:
Perform analysis, design, build, and related documentation tasks for Professional Billing and Claims, according to Application Services established protocol
Interface with team members, leadership and key stakeholders as required.
Assist in responding to and resolving service requests and incidents.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the Billing Team.
Provide tickets support and leadership as required and requested, including, but not limited to business requirements definitions, concepts of operations, diagrams, resource estimates, technical specifications, test scripts development and testing.
Deliverables:
Documentation of issue resolution in automated support ticketing system
Updated workflows
Updated test scripts and test results documentation
Administrative meetings, status reports and applicable time entry

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
