Teksystems has a client in the Charleston, SC area that needs to add a Field Technician to their team. The role is slated as an ongoing contract with the potential of conversion.
Our client is hiring a cable technician on a long-term contract basis (opportunity to convert perm. as FTE headcount opens up) to support the multiple sites across the territory. They will be working on a variety of projects within the county to assist with maintaining and enhancing current technology. This person will have the opportunity to be trained up on/enhance their current skills working on preventative maintenance on cameras and access control systems, troubleshooting/installation of cameras and access control and any light networking that might need to be completed. They are looking for someone who comes with some cabling knowledge/experience that is eager to get their foot in the door with a solid company--someone who is excited to learn and can take direction well. If this person comes with more experience they can hit the ground running even sooner!

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
