Job Description:
- Develop and maintain financial analysis tools and reporting, daily productivity dashboards, and trend and forecast reporting.
- Participate in the monthly accounting close functions, annual budgeting process, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide support with contract and reimbursement modeling.
- Assist in yearly budgeting through the development of supporting data, compilation of information, and input to the budgeting system.
- Monitor reports to ensure data quality.
- Process, enhance, and acquire technical skills to work with database and business intelligence systems.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Three years' relevant experience preferred.
- One year's experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
