Job Description:
- Help desk/over the phone support involved, in which the technician will provide the first line of defense/ tier 1 support, and escalate the issues to the higher level tiers as needed.
- Provide technical software, hardware, and basic network problem resolution to end users by performing appropriate diagnostics and guiding users through step-by-step solutions on both a hands-on and call-back basis.
- Ensures timely resolution/referral of user problems by understanding the impact to the user and by assigning an appropriate priority and resolution goal.
- Clearly communicates technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Help Desk Technician or relevant experience required
- Passion for IT space and experience with Tier 1 troubleshooting in a windows operating systems environment
- Excellent customer service and willingness to help the end users and team
