We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician on a 3-6 month contract. The candidate will be exposed to help desk, desktop, and light networking functions. The ideal candidate must have traditional help desk/desktop experience, including break/fix, troubleshooting hardware (printers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, drivers, monitors, etc.), installing applications, and minor routers and switches. This role operates in a Windows & Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond to user tickets and provide technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure applications and hardware.
- Image computers and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Ensure accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Handle a variety of support tickets daily using a ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.
