They need to bring on a Help Desk Technician with 2-3 years of experience. This person will be the sole help desk technician at this location, responsible for supporting the Vermont location and customer facing phone support, working off of a call que and a ticket que (The ticketing system they use is Connectwise Manage). This person will need to be very comfortable speaking with customers, and will be spending 60% of their time on the phones, and 40% of their time working with hardware and other hands on tasks. This person will also be responsible for after hours support, as well as supporting the infrastructure team in South Carolina - he or she will be the hands and eyes for the team.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $26.50/hr.
