IT Field Technician (Traveling)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Field Technician to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or as an IT field technician. This role involves traveling via car to different sites to perform Windows 11 upgrades and deploy new devices. Some overnight stays will be required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various client sites to perform Windows 11 upgrades on desktops and laptops.
• Deploy new devices, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
• Document and track all support requests and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or as an IT field technician.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
• Familiarity with various hardware components and peripherals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
