Our client is looking for a help desk analyst to join their team! We're looking for individuals with AT LEAST 1 year of IT experience and a CompTIA A certification. If this sounds like you, apply now!
Responsibilities Include:
Desktop & Printer support
Workstation application support
Server application support
Line of business application support
Contacting Vendor/manufacturer on behalf of clients
Creating and managing exchange and 0365 emails
Creating and managing user accounts
New PC and workstation setups
Assist with Managing MS O365 licensing
Troubleshooting network connectivity and network devices
Troubleshooting specialty equipment/devices including IO cameras/sensors/ect
Assist with receiving shipments, updating sales order statuses, and scheduling as needed.
Assist with onsite support as needed
Participate in weekly company meetings and other meetings as necessary to the Help Desk
department
Documentation using company software
