Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Duration: Contract to Hire (6 month to 1 year)
Location: Hybrid role - 3 days a week in PHX campus
We develop software products and platforms across Small Business, Mid and Large Market and Global Commercial Clients. Our goals center around furthering the company's priorities of building on our strong position in commercial payments, whilst making our services an essential part of our B2B customers' digital lives. We continuously strive to optimize the level of innovation, quality, and speed with which we deliver across many products and channels including Sales, Client and Individual Customer Acquisition, Digital Servicing, Commercial Lending, B2B Payment Products, Remittance Processing and Commercial Data. Together with multiple Product and Engineering teams outside of GCST, we work collectively to deliver enterprise capabilities to our B2B customers.

AI/ML Engineer to join their AI/ML Center of Excellence organization. This is a lean team of passionate engineers that focus on innovative AI solutions for the commercial services organization.
Day to Day you will be expected to be a hands on contributor that can own a project or product independently with little guidance or hand holding. This is a collaborative team that works together to problem solve, but day to day you are expected to own solutions individually. They are looking for passionate engineers that want to impact the future of AI solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
Prior Hands-on & working experience in building and deploying AI/ML models including Classical ML, Generative AI, LangChain, NLP, RAG framework.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, software architecture, libraries and frameworks to create AI that accomplishes outlined goals.
In-depth knowledge and working experience on Python programming to develop software.
Experience in integrating AI/ML into existing applications in batch and Real-time.
Hands-on experience on writing and understanding complex SQL and optimizing data pipelines. Experience with NoSQL is a plus.
Experience in Big Data ecosystem using Google cloud stack and PySpark will be a huge bonus. Knowledge of basic UNIX/ Linux commands is necessary.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
