Network Technician

Join Our Team as a Data Center Technician!

Are you passionate about IT and looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic data center environment? We are seeking multiple candidates for the role of Data Center Technician. If you have a background in IT, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or hold A or Network certifications, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Un-rack and rack old and new equipment.
• Install or remove circuit jumpers to support new network configurations.
• Populate switch ports with optical transceivers.
• Box and unbox network equipment.
• Troubleshoot fiber optic circuits.
• Observe safety protocols and complete daily reports.

Skills We're Looking For:

• Experience with Cable, CAT 5/6, telecommunications, punch down, terminations, pull, cable trays.
• Knowledge of wiring, data center operations, cable installation, punch down, cabling, rack and stack, structured cabling, low voltage, and access control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Work schedule: Four 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm) with opportunities for overtime on other teams.
• Location: Fully onsite in Sandston, VA.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range: $21.00 - $30.00/hr.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
