Top Required Skills:
1) Must have 10 years of Construction or Facilities Management experience including overseeing all 3 phases (planning, design, construction)
2) Must have prior experience managing projects in a Data Center or Critical Facilities environment
3) Prior experience working as an Owner's Representative (OR) for large-scale, enterprise level DC/CF projects
4) Experience working with ProCore, MS Office Suite, and other management tools & systems
Candidate must be able to work independently and lead efforts of construction management company and sub vendors. This individual will be the primary POC to ensure projects are being done per architectural design and by clients standards. Ability to identify changes with projects that will impact timelines and come up with alternate solutions while keeping leadership informed.
Candidate should be certified or trained in the following areas:
OSHA
NFPA 70E
ARC Flash / Electrical Safety
LOTO ( Lock Out / Tag Out )

Job Description
Primary duties are to manage the day to day execution of timelines / deadlines for tasks associated to this project.
Oversee every aspect of the construction or expansion of a mission critical facility. (Planning, design, and construction)
Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, structure cabling, UPS systems, electrical and mechanical systems, etc.).
Lead day to day activities of vendors and sub vendors.
Must be able to work overnight and possibly an occasional Saturday
Coordinate daily activities with client personnel
Interface daily with client vendors, general contractors, and Sub-Contractors
Monitor and asset in facilitation of projects
Implement and understand the described construction scope of work
Understand, identify, and facilitate project milestones
Assure project safety requirements are in compliance
Monitor staffing requirements are achieved and meeting expectations
Manage process and ensure compliance with RFI's, project budgets, and Change Orders.
Provide assurance that the construction is in compliance with the plans and specifications
Act as Clients representative for compliance with network design standards
Provide interface with local jurisdictions.
Provide value engineering of project to identify potential cost savings and eliminate project delays
Participate in weekly meetings with client vendors, general contractors, and sub contractors.
Review project schedule and sequencing of planned work activities
Monitor status of MOP's, RFI's and submittals
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
