Description
6 month contract to hire that will require onsite visits for critical face to face go lives, could be up to 4 times a year.
Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Training Lead to oversee and facilitate training programs focused on Oracle Cloud ERP products. This role is essential in ensuring that participants across the organization acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful transition from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud ERP. The Training Lead will develop comprehensive training strategies, mentor other trainers, and ensure alignment of employees to appropriate courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training strategies and plans for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
Support trainers in the design and creation of training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources.
Conduct training sessions for various user groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams.
Collaborate with business leaders, functional leads, and process leads to identify training needs and requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to users post-implementation to ensure continued proficiency and adoption.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP features, updates, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in healthcare, computer science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications (HCM, ERP, SCM), PeopleSoft, or similar systems preferred.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $100.00/hr.
