Qualifications:

• 2 years' Order Entry Experience
• Utilizing ERP Software
• Strong Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
• Experience utilizing ERP Software's (Five5 or SAP preferred)
• Medical Device industry experience a PLUS
• Call center experience a PLUS

Job Overview:

• Manage over 100 orders daily, entered through an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
• Orders are received via phone, fax, and email, requiring swift and accurate data entry.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of orders, from entry to resolution, ensuring smooth processing.
• Order-to-Cash Process (O2C): Handle end-to-end order flow, from placing the order to payment collection.
• Proof of Delivery (POD): Confirm delivery of orders to customers.
• Ensure proper tracking and documentation at the start of daily operations.
• Address any issues with orders, such as discrepancies or errors, and provide solutions
• Support new order creation by guiding customers through the ordering process.
• Work closely with field sales representatives to coordinate and support customer orders, ensuring alignment on priorities and updates.

Work Environment:

• They will be bonsite. Boston office.
• Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8am-6pmest. 8.5 hours
• Lunch will be staggered

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
