Refresh Technician
This is a refresh/Deployment project for refreshing machines->upgrading, replacing, and configuring PC devices. Conducted data migration and backups, including user account creation and Windows settings configuration for PCs, alongside iOS device management.
Implemented automated email archiving and retention policies in Microsoft Exchange.
Must have experience using migration tool or processes such as Microsoft User State Migration Tool (USMT) for PC data migration/refresh activities
Resources will be using ServiceNow ticketing system for documenting migration/refresh activities on a daily basis.
Resources will perform PC Refresh on a daily basis. Resources must have experience backing up end user data via OneDrive and installing end user profiles (Data, browser/Outlook) on their new machine.
Expectation: Daily basis: 5 machines a day
Weekly expectation: 25 machines per week
Must have documented experience performing PC Refresh activities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
