PC Support Technician

Join a team of 8 technicians in downtown Milwaukee, focused on preparing, building, and distributing laptops and peripherals for a large organization!
Job Description

• Utilize expertise in PC, mobile devices, hardware, software configurations, operating systems, and LAN to address technical issues and provide implementation support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute laptops and peripherals to new hires, remote and on-site.
• Provide devices for lifecycle refreshes.
• Track and manage hardware assets across the organization.
• Deliver omni-channel technical support in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efforts as necessary.
• Employ software tools to develop solutions and test fixes, aiming to resolve issues at the first action whenever possible.
• Identify process and service improvement opportunities with a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in temporary project and support assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of technical help desk experience.
• Experience building and imaging devices.
• Experience in troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware and software, including proficiency in using software support tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
