Job Overview: The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex projects within the Credit Card Partnerships division. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that enhance and expand our client's credit card partnership offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and senior management, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure all projects comply with our client's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on credit card partnerships or financial services.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $110.00/hr.
