- Manage work queues and start applying their codes.
- Defend audits and handle queries as needed
- Write queries to request additional information from physicians, which is then used to determine the best way of coding the clinical services for insurance purposes.
- Use EPIC as the EMR system and 3M as the encoder.
- Shift around to support different hospitals, which are broken into regional and university facilities, as needed
