Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development or related CRM-specific engineering.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integration, data migration, and third-party application integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and delivery.
- Salesforce Developer certification is a plus!
