Our partner is needing to add a SCCM Administrator to their current team that will be supporting the company's two data center locations onsite.

Locations: Split time between Rockville, MD 20850 and Ashburn, VA 20147
Top Skills:
6 years of experience in Systems, Storage, Server Administration
o Assisting system administrators with the management of day-to-day operations of physical and virtual servers.
o PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
o Troubleshooting of VMware-based Windows and Linux game build environments
o Technologies: SCCM, Intune, JAMF
3 years of End User Account Management
o Creation, configuration, deletion and overall management of fulltime user accounts
o Creation, configuration, deletion and overall management of contract user accounts, including onboarding, access scoping, extensions, troubleshooting and account changes
o 3 Years of experience with Software Management and Governance
Provisioning and managing licenses for select first-party and third-party on-premises software and SaaS.
o 1P Licensing (e.g. Visual Studio, M365, etc.)
o 3P Licensing (e.g. Atlassian, Perforce, Autodesk, etc.)
o Technologies: SuperMicro, NetApp StorageGRID,
NetApp A-series all-flash arrays, VMware generalist (modern VMware required, e.g. VCF)

o Managing general developer resources related to local studios
o Technologies: XBOX Devkit procurement, distribution, troubleshooting, and management
Environment/Job Details:
20 tickets/month varying complexity
Roughly 500 physical servers
Roughly 2000 in-scope VMs
On-site travel between both locations, occasionally remote
Requires participation in off-hours on-call rotation
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.
