- Install commercial alarm, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
- Provide reliable, high quality customer support.
- Perform customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
- Perform system testing and signal verification.
- Maintain the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
- Perform new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
- Organize and utilize technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Monitor and ensure the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Must complete other projects, as assigned.
Top Skills Details
- Need to have previous experience in installation role/technician role. Our client has over 300 brands of cameras they are using, so they need to understand different cameras and security access protocols.
- Experience programming on computers is helpful. I.e. programming elevator keys, hotel doors, controlled access areas, etc.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be detail-oriented.
