Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Tech Marketing Analyst to join our Email Product and Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for best practices, customer segmentation, testing implementation, campaign setup, and analysis of our email, SMS, and push programs. You will have an in-depth understanding of marketing database architecture and data processes, overseeing data loads/pulls and overall hygiene. You will collaborate closely with CRM, brand, and tech leads on campaign strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:

• Own best practices, customer segmentation, testing implementation, campaign execution, and analysis of email, SMS, and push programs.
• Possess intimate knowledge of marketing database architecture and data processes.
• Manage the implementation of new data integrations and APIs.
• Oversee the design and implementation of new programs and technical solutions.
• Handle complex customer segmentation and buildout of customer journeys.
• Partner with CRM and brand leads on campaign strategy and roadmap.
• Define requirements, conduct UAT, and implement technical projects.
• Serve as a technical/strategic resource for cross-functional partners and team members.

Key Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in email marketing campaign coordination/deployment, email best practices, customer segmentation, and database marketing.
• Comfortable working with large data sets with the ability to query, modify, and join data from different sources.
• Strong ability to manage processes and ensure quality control.
• Proficient in HTML, SQL, FTP tools, ETL tools. XSLT is a plus.
• Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud software, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze results and create and present reports.
• Project management experience working with IT, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
• BS/BA degree required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00
