Description
They have 90 people from a recent acquisition and are moving them over to laptops. The current person on the team doing this does not have the bandwidth to get more then 5-8 laptops done per week. Need someone to come in and assist to increase the volume of laptops completely weekly.
You will be putting an image on each laptop using Intune. Once it is in Intune, it will image the machine with the proper software. Then will need to reset some ones password and setting up the profile by configuring their outlook and all of their O365 apps and ensure that one drive is syncing everything. Could have some bookmarks in Chrome/edge. Printing off the proper paperwork, shipping it off to the user. Will also do asset tagging and getting them updated in ServiceNow.
Once it is to the user the current team will do all remediation, so will not likely be on this persons radar. There will be onboarding process with a current team member to upskill on any areas this person does not have experience with.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
