Job Summary : As a ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement ITSM processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement ITSM processes
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Design and implement Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other service management processes
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations with third-party applications
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights
- Ensure ServiceNow ITSM applications and processes meet business requirements, comply with best practices, and follow industry standards
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases
- Train and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow development best practices
