Sr. Project Manager - RPA Automation
Fortune 500 organization requires a Sr. Project Manager to assist with infrastructure activities related to ongoing enterprise automation initiatives.
Description
Responsibilities:
15 total years of experience in project management (infrastructure background)
Experience with RPA or Automation projects.
Experience with complex financial management (ideally Clarity)
Strong stakeholder management and ability to thrive in an ecosystem that at times is nebulous and requires a self starter mentality
Experience working with APAC regions, colleagues and partners and ability to understand cultural differences and accommodate accordingly.
Experience managing projects and workstreams related to security assessments of applications, systems and infrastructure
Ability to create, maintain and manage detailed project schedules, issues, risks, decisions and budgets.
Ability to aligning technical and business team objectives
Able to resolve escalated issues from operations, change management, testing teams
Coordinate schedule and any resolutions across multiple teams
Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Prior work experience with Infrastructure migration programs required
Prior work experience in life science organization greatly preferred
Experience managing large, cross functional projects required
Strong written and verbal communication required
Experience in Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, etc...) required
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in the field as relate to the skill code.
PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required
Qualifications

Must be a self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects, and be able to communicate to leadership.
Will conduct meetings with project team members and key stakeholders, publishing meeting minutes.
Will manage weekly and monthly progress reporting, as well as tracking project financials for budget adherence.
Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills given the high degrees of strategic impact and project complexity, along with potential senior executive interactions.
Will work with a matrixed team.
