Key Responsibilities: Network Management: Design, implement, maintain, and continually improve network storage and physical or virtualized environments. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure network security and compliance with policies. Manage network hardware and services software upgrades. System Administration: Build, configure, deploy, document, and maintain servers. Design, implement, test, and document BCDR systems. Manage Active Directory domain services, policies, and objects. Manage authentication, authorization, and access controls. Ensure system security and data integrity. Technical Support: Provide technical support to team members. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. Train users on new technologies and best practices. Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects. Collaborate with departments to determine project OKRs. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Conduct regular audits and remediations. Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. 3 years of experience in network and systems administration. Proficiency in network management and system administration tools. Experience with Active Directory and BCDR systems. Linux (Red Hat) experience. VMWare expertise. Storage/SAN (IBM Flash Storage/NetApp) knowledge.
