Description
The Network/Systems Administrator will manage and administer Office 365, Windows Server, firewall, and local network across our branches nationwide. They will recommend software and hardware changes and be a key contributor to the selection process as well as manage the implementation of those changes. They will also be a member of our core support team, providing local and remote support to branches and stakeholders at all levels Key Responsibilities: - Manage the company's network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory - Administer Office 365 security, including multi-factor authentication and mail filtering using PowerShell - Provide second-level technical support for advanced connectivity and productivity issues - Manage mobile device and desktop deployments using Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot - Implement and maintain security policies, such as user account management, password policies, and group policy - Provide on-call support for emergency issues Required Skills: - Proficient in managing Ubiquiti network equipment and troubleshooting TCP/IP connectivity - Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management - Knowledge of Office 365 administration, including security features - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and virtualization (Hyper-V) - Understanding of security tools like Mimecast and SentinelOne - Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
