Job Description:
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels
- Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement
- Provide first-class technical support to customers
Performance Expectations:
- 40% Cases, Emails, & Chat - 60% Calls
- Calls on average take 10 minutes
- Around 20 Calls per day

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Passion for helping people and solving problems
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Experience in a firearms environment
- Ability to articulate technical information to clients with varying IT knowledge
