Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Gather requirements from business units and configures them in SmartRecruiters and Avatare
o Defect investigation in SmartRecruiters and Avatare
o Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
Typical Day:
o Using ServiceNow to manage/analyze tickets for the end user. Will work on how tickets are being sent. No coding involved.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.06 - $92.08/hr.
