The objective here is to ensure parity between the B2B platform and the store systems to improve efficiency and experience for the store Team Members. Collaboration with the product team to identify tests, provide ideas to boost eCommerce performance, and make visual changes through A/B testing and prototyping is required of this position. Additionally, in-store research will be a regular part of this role as gaining real time user feedback from store Team Members will provide insight on improvements
