Description
Data Scientist / Statistician who will work closely within our client's HW Engineering space, providing direct support to Product Safety & Environmental Technologies engineers. This individual will stand at the critical crossroads of field and test data, and will be instrumental in the analysis of trends and developments for purposes of identifying failure modes and associated effects. These analyses can have direct impacts on product design and operational / manufacturing decisions across the company. Ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic engineering environment where deadlines and dependencies are critical as they relate to regional and worldwide regulations and compliance. This individual must be a natural self-starter who has a proven track record of results and excellence. This role requires in-office, in-person engagement and will report to a senior project manager or engineer, and will have regular interactions with senior engineering leaders.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in applied Statistics and / or Data Science, ideally within a consumer electronics or manufacturing industry
Weibull analysis and time-in-field forecasting expertise are a must

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $83.00
