*A/R Follow Up/Insurance Billing Collections Specialist*
*Will be working full time on-site in Plano, TX! This role offers bonus incentives based on performance once hired on permanently by the client!*
*Standard Hours* - Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00 PM

*A day in the role...*
* Responsible for A/R, and mail follow-up on amounts due from payor's, and third-party's on a timely basis in accordance with CBO policies for facilities assigned.
* Performing timely collections and third-party follow-up.
* Pursuing payments from insurance companies and adjust small balance variances under $500.
* Provide support to all facilities when requests are received or assistance is needed.
*Necessary Skills and Strengths:*
*Payment posting, Collection, Medical Collections,Medicaid, Medicare, Accounts Receivable*
*Core Experience:*
* A/R Follow Up
* 2 years of Medical Collections
* High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
