Job Title: Services Coordinator - Inforce Policy Admin
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Services Coordinator to support our contracts Inforce team. This role involves working with an offshore vendor to meet client and customer needs related to current Annuity policies. The position can be hybrid with 3 days on-site or 100% on-site in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities
* Support client and customer needs related to current Annuity policies.
* Handle money out, withdrawal on the contract, tax procedures, and setting up income streams.
* Work on reports to maintain controls and identify system gaps.
* Answer questions and process complex tasks from vendor partners and key business partners.
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and respond promptly to inquiries.
* Work with multiple systems such as Excel, MS Office, and Salesforce (CRM).
* Provide professional written communication and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work with multiple systems.
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Office Suite, and Salesforce (CRM).
* Strong professional written communication skills.
* Ability to learn new systems and databases quickly.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* HS Diploma and 3 years of professional support experience.
* Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.
* Customer service skills and problem management experience.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
