What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Processor position at TEKsystems?
*Job Description*
* The Client Coordinator will be responsible for processing applications and data entry.
* They will serve as a point of contact and resources for plan sponsors, providers and internal customers.
* Most of these questions will be over email but they could be on the phone or on Teams meeting occasionally.
* Application processing all Enrollments/changes/terminations for current clients
* Understanding 3rd Parties Enrollment Files & Connect when making enrollment entries per processes
* Answer phone calls from employees, Client contacts and providers. Understanding of the questions and concerns from callers and responding timely and accurately.
* Creating ID Cards via requests from members, clients. Auditing ID cards to ensure accuracy
*Skills*
Administration, Data entry, wpm, Excel, microsoft access, Administrative support, application processing
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Microsoft Access
* Experience working independently
* Strong healthcare experience (processing or customer service)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
