This role involves close collaboration with our creative director, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and the creation of visually compelling content.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative director to understand the overall brand and creative vision, and develop concepts that align with these goals.
*Project Management: Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
*Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
*Design Execution: Create and review designs, artwork, photography, graphics, and motion graphics, ensuring high-quality output.
*Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and design system.
*Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs.
*Motion Graphics: Develop and integrate motion graphics and animations to enhance the visual appeal of the website and other digital platforms.
*Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
*Qualifications:*
*Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
*Design Skills: Proficiency in design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and other relevant animation software.
*Motion Graphics: Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics and animations.
*Systematic Design Thinking: Ability to apply design at scale across multiple touchpoints, ensuring coherence and consistency.
*Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with graphic designers and other team members.
*Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
*Location: *Based in New York with the ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office). *
*Industry Experience: Experience working in enterprise software or a related field is a plus.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
