- Maintain hardware / software lifecycle.
- Develop and manage asset lifecycle tracking and planning processes and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate Asset Repository / CMDB for all Software and Hardware assets.
- Coordinate and schedule asset shipping for all sites.
- Provide status report and dashboard reporting.
- Maintaining software asset management tools including accurate inventory of software
- Obtain software vendor quotes.
- Identify savings opportunities through software re-harvesting and license optimization.
- Perform data loads of new hardware assets and consumables in ServiceNow.
- Process and ensure the accuracy of damage and defective returns.
- Ensure standards, guidelines and controls are maintained.
- Track progress and follow-up of issues and assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems.
- Manage Adobe suite software Licensing.
- Manage and resolve Escalations.
- Manage Projects (Fulfilling, shipping, and documenting)
- Coordinate and schedule asset disposal pick up.
- Preform imaging and device configuration for deployment.
