*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead Installations: Oversee AV installations, managing crews of 2-3 installers to ensure seamless execution.

* Technical Expertise: Install, test, and commission a wide range of AV systems, including interactive displays, audio systems, conferencing systems, and more.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve service issues related to integrated AV systems.
* Collaboration: Work closely with AV design engineers, sales teams, and office staff to ensure project success.
* Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns on-site.
* Documentation: Support the Project Manager with site supervision, job site status communication, and completion of required documentation.
*Qualifications:*
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial AV installations for Lead roles and 2 years for general crew members.
* Licenses & Certifications: Valid State of CT License (E1, E2, Low Voltage, Apprentice, or relevant AV certification), AVIXA CTS or CTS-I certification preferred, OSHA Card.
* Skills: Strong leadership, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. Deep understanding of AV systems and technologies.
* Technical Knowledge: Experience with various AV equipment manufacturers (e.g., Atlona, Extron, Dante, Biamp). Control system programming and troubleshooting capabilities.
* Passion for Learning: A strong understanding of new technologies and a desire to continuously improve.
