*Responsibilities:*
* Set up and configure presentation and conferencing systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
* Install and maintain AV equipment and related products.
* Conduct daily room checks to ensure all systems are operational.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Deliver and track portable presentation equipment.
* Facilitate equipment repair and maintenance.
* Assist with meeting setup and ensure all AV requirements are met.
* Provide support for Extron, Crestron, AMX, audio and video conferencing, projection, and display systems.
*Qualifications:*
* Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two years of experience in computer support, with a preference for four or more years.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Experience with audiovisual systems and technologies.
