They are familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Knowledge of project management techniques (cross-functional experience is highly desirable).
* Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new and established computing architectures.
* Technical team leadership experience.
* Experience in Scaled Agile Framework is preferred.
* Experience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
* Expert-level knowledge in Azure (PaaS, IaaS).
* Knowledge of development practices, cloud-native patterns, and API development using C#.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
* Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture.
* Strong understanding of network architecture.
* Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture requirements.
* Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.
* Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technology.
