What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banking Call Center Representative position at TEKsystems?
*Job Description:*
We are looking for an individual who will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests in a very fast paced environment.
* Answering inbound calls in a courteous and friendly way regarding online mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraudulent charges, travel alerts, and more.
* Will be answering 75-125 calls a day.
* Working through multiples screens and up to 4 programs at a time
*Preferred Skills & Qualifications:*
* 1 years of call center experience
* Proficient on computers ( over 40 WPM).
*Hours*
* Mon, Tues, & Wed 8am-5pm. Thurs & Fri 8am-6pm. Sat 9am-noon
* Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a month
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
