Job Title: Claims Adjudication Specialist
Job Description:
* Apply pharmacy and benefit configurations based on change requests.
* Research and troubleshoot basic claims issues.
* Understand internal system logic for claims processing.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by working with internal teams to meet business requirements.
* Use standard methods to avoid inefficient configurations.
* Validate new plan configurations through testing.
* Document clients' plan designs and best practices.
* Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
Expectations:
* Follow detailed instructions and work with complex data.
* Apply basic math concepts like fractions and percentages.
* Read and interpret business and technical documents.
* Write reports and communicate effectively with various groups.
* Gather business requirements and interact positively with clients and colleagues.
* Be accountable for meeting service commitments and achieving results.
* Be punctual, follow directions, work well with others, and comply with company policies.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
