* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
* High School Diploma or GED required (additional education preferred)
*Work Environment:*
* Sedentary work in an office setting
* May require extended hours as needed
*Ideal Candidate:*
* 6 months to 1 year of call center experience
* Positive customer service experience

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
