- Answer inbound calls from customers about their financial needs and account inquiries.
- Working with the billing team doing verification work on the back end.
- Processing new information through patient accounts.
- If information is missing, finding ways to obtain that information by doing outreach.
- Working with paper reports and processing them into the system.
- Research customer accounts and navigate multiple screens to obtain correct information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Use creative resolutions to help solve customer issues.
- Follow all policy procedures and policies.
- Educate clients on benefits of products and services.
Requirements :

This is a fully onsite position in Rochester, NY.
Pay : $17.50 / hr
Hours : M-F 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.
