*Description*
Project- migration work. Looking for good communication (will work with Line of Business). Looking for someone who comes from a data- someone who has done data migration work and potentially worked with vendor applications (ex. - moving data mapping from 1 source to other).
Required Skills:
Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in definition of strategies for the technical solution.
Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for business requirements.
Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied.
Provides support to UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements and determine whether a defect is a new requirement, or truly a defect.
Ability to communicate and work with Testers to ensure that test plans and scripts satisfy the requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.
Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA.
Experience with Agile methodologies, feature writing, story grooming and sprint planning.

The Analyst will analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team. The Analyst will be part of an Agile Scrum team, collaborating with the Product Owner to evaluate the Features, write effective user stories, document business rules; and with the Developers to review technical design, identify enablers and dependencies.
